Smokey Sloppy Joe and Provolone

This delicious twist on a classic sloppy joe combines smoky BBQ flavors with cheesy Texas toast, making it an indulgent and satisfying meal the whole family will love!

Ingredients
For the Sloppy Joe Filling:

2 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
2 cans sloppy joe sauce (preferably smoky BBQ flavor, or add liquid smoke to taste)
For the Base:

2 boxes Texas Toast garlic bread with cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese or sliced provolone
Instructions
Cook the Ground Beef

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Prepare the Sloppy Joe Sauce

Add the sloppy joe sauce to the cooked beef and stir well to combine. If using liquid smoke, add a few drops to enhance the smoky flavor. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes to blend the flavors.
Bake the Texas Toast
