5 eggs
250 g sugar
250 g flour
50 ml water
25 ml olive oil
8 g baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
Zest of 1 lemon

How to prepare Very Tall and Fluffy Cake
Preheat the oven to 175°C with heat from above and below. Line the base of a 22 cm diameter mould and grease with release spray or butter.
Place the egg whites in a large bowl and the yolks in another. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. When they start to turn white, add half of the sugar and continue beating until you obtain a firm meringue. Set aside.
