Soft Nougat Cake

Ingredients to prepare Soft Nougat Cake
550 ml. of milk
250 gr. of biscuits
Half a litre of cream
80 gr. of butter
300 gr. of soft nougat
120 gr. of crunchy almonds
2 sachets of curd
How to prepare Soft Nougat Cake
The first thing we must do is preheat the oven to 180º C, with heat from above and below.

We take the biscuits, which can be María or Digestive type, and we chop them until they turn into powder, or we crumble them as much as possible with our hands. We add the crunchy almonds, reserving about 40 grams for the final decoration of the cake.

Homemade Shortbread
Take the butter and put it in the microwave for a few seconds until it melts. Then, mix it with the cookie powder, 50 ml of whole milk and the crunchy almond, and mix with your hands until you form a homogeneous paste.

Take a round silicone mould and fill the bottom with the paste you have formed, until the entire surface is covered. Then, put the mould in the oven for about ten minutes. Remove and set aside.
