This dish is easy and inexpensive, so let’s get to it!

One liter of whole milk, ideally fresh, is required.

Half a lemon’s juice, or about 2-3 teaspoons

Instructions:
Bring the Milk to a Boil: Place the milk in a big saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium heat. To keep the milk from clumping at the bottom of the saucepan, stir it every so often. Keep the milk from boiling by heating it until little bubbles begin to form around the rims.
Remove the milk from the heat as soon as it reaches a simmer, then add the lemon juice. Allow the mixture to remain undisturbed for around 2 minutes after gently stirring for a few seconds. The curds will begin to separate from the whey as a result of the lemon juice, and you will see the milk curdling.
