5 Minute White Chocolate Caramel Pecan Fudge

Kitchen Equipment Needed

Microwave-safe bowl
Rubber spatula
8×8-inch square baking dish
Parchment paper (for easy removal)
Measuring cups and spoons
Step-by-Step Directions
1. Prepare the Baking Dish
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. This will help you lift the fudge out once it’s set.
2. Melt the White Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes total.
3. Add the Caramel and Pecans
Once melted, stir in the caramel sauce and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gently fold in the chopped pecans, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
4. Pour into the Baking Dish
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
Drizzle extra caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with sea salt, if desired.
5. Chill and Set
Refrigerate the fudge for at least 1-2 hours, or until it is firm enough to cut into squares.
6. Cut and Serve
Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper overhang.
Cut into small squares and enjoy!
Notes and Tips
Storage: Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. It can also be frozen for longer storage; just wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and place it in a freezer-safe container.
Pecan Substitutes: If you’re not a fan of pecans, you can easily substitute them with walnuts, almonds, or even mini chocolate chips for added texture.
Caramel Sauce: You can use store-bought caramel sauce for convenience, or make your own if you have the time!
