🍰 Banana cream cheesecake 🍰

Instructions :
1. Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C). Greasing a 9 inch spring frying pan.
2. For the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes then let to cool.
3. For the cheesecake: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Whipped with sour cream and vanilla extract Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas and banana liqueur
4. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust, spreading evenly.
5. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are slightly golden. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door open for 1 hour.
6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight before removing from the pan.
7. Top the cheesecake with sliced bananas, whipped cream, drizzle of caramel sauce and chopped nuts before serving.
